About the role
- Lead compensation benchmarking, modelling and market pricing across all roles
- Analyse external survey data (WTW, Radford, Korn Ferry, etc.) to inform pay decisions
- Build rich data sets to generate forward-looking insights
- Support hiring, retention and pay positioning with data-driven recommendations
- Deliver cost modelling and scenario analysis for workforce planning
- Lead annual pay review, bonus and equity cycles
- Model financial impact and affordability of reward decisions
- Ensure data accuracy, governance and audit readiness
- Provide clear insight and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Support the design and evolution of pay structures
- Maintain job architecture, job families and levelling frameworks
- Apply job evaluation methodologies to ensure fairness and consistency
- Support the design and analysis of equity programmes
- Model equity scenarios and dilution impacts aligned to growth plans
- Provide insight to shape long-term incentive strategy
- Lead statutory reporting (including Gender Pay Gap)
- Ensure compliance in a regulated aerospace environment
- Maintain strong data integrity and controls
- Build dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Surface trends, risks and opportunities to inform strategy
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives
Requirements
- Significant experience in reward, compensation or HR analytics
- Advanced Excel and strong modelling capability
- Experience with salary benchmarking tools (WTW, Radford, Korn Ferry, etc.)
- Strong understanding of job architecture, evaluation and levelling
- Experience supporting equity and long-term incentives
- Data visualisation skills (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical thinking with commercial judgement
- Ability to communicate insights and influence stakeholders
- Desirable experience in benefits benchmarking and design
- Background in fast-growth or regulated industries (aerospace, automotive, defence, tech)
