About the role
- Assist our customers by phone, email, chat, etc. with their inquiries
- Provide tailored solutions and maintain an open, empathetic ear
- Improve our processes and guidelines
- Analyze the needs and problems of our target group

Requirements
- Native-level German
- Affinity for digestive health
- Relevant professional experience
- Work experience in the healthcare sector and/or at a startup is a plus
- Available for at least 30 hours per week
- Ideally: expertise in digestive disorders, nutrition, health, medicine, dietary supplements, etc.
- You are highly committed, willing to go the extra mile, and results-oriented
- You are motivated, contribute your own ideas, and implement them independently
