• Own product features from concept and UX through backend systems and production launch
• Design scalable backend architectures, APIs, async pipelines, and AI inference workflows
• Lead system design with a focus on performance, reliability, and extensibility

Senior Product Engineer

Chief of Staff

• Drive pipeline development to land design partnerships and grow an early stage sales pipeline.
• Build a repeatable discovery to deal workflow, including:
• - Discovery call structure
• - Demo call frameworks
• - Persona-based qualification / disqualification criteria
• - Standardized information capture
• Own weekly lead operations:
• - Evaluate targeted leads and validate and refine weekly lead targets with the CEO.
• - Launch outbound campaigns using multi-channel sequences (email, calls, LinkedIn).
• Build and maintain HubSpot deal tracking, sales stages, and pipeline methodology.
• Ensure excellent CRM hygiene with weekly QA checks.

Field Engineer

• Manage AWS-native services (AWS EC2, EKS, MSK, Lambda, Aurora etc.) and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability for IoT backend systems handling cross-regional data flows.
• Optimize Kubernetes clusters and edge computing infrastructure for real-time IoT telemetry and predictive maintenance use cases.
• Design CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI, integrating automated testing and deployment for global teams.
• Develop Python/Shell scripts for IoT data validation, log analysis, and cross-region backup solutions.
• Implement data encryption (TLS) and RBAC policies, ensuring GDPR and USA's Cybersecurity Law compliance.

Data Analyst

• Own OpenArt’s product analytics strategy, including event taxonomy, tracking plans, and data quality
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure features are correctly instrumented prior to launch
• Analyze funnels, retention, cohorts, and engagement to identify friction points and key activation moments
• Design and evaluate A/B experiments, including defining success metrics and post-launch analysis
• Build and maintain high-impact dashboards that surface North Star metrics and leading indicators of growth
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior, personas, and monetization dynamics
• Communicate insights clearly and concisely, translating data into actionable recommendations
• Establish and promote a strong data culture across the product organization
