About the role

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our SaaS product.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Advocate for customers' needs and feedback within the company, ensuring our products continuously meet their evolving requirements.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to prevent churn.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure successful renewals by demonstrating the value of our products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field in financial technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools.
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Working proficiency in English & fluent in Spanish.
