About the role
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our SaaS product.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
- Advocate for customers' needs and feedback within the company, ensuring our products continuously meet their evolving requirements.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to prevent churn.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure successful renewals by demonstrating the value of our products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field in financial technology industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools.
- A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Working proficiency in English & fluent in Spanish.
