Business Development Rep

• Drive net new revenue acquisition and support the expansion of RESP product distribution through sustainable, high-impact partnerships.
• Manage the full partnership cycle, including sourcing prospects, pitching, onboarding, nurturing relationships, and tracking/reporting on partnership outcomes.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute high-priority business development opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies and business development plans targeting both new and existing partners to maximize revenue and growth.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure effective infrastructure and support around new and existing partnerships.

• Represent Embark at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, effectively promoting the organization’s mission, vision, and value proposition.
• Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape; provide recommendations for strategic adjustments and new partnership opportunities.

Project Manager

• Define project scope aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on project feasibility, risks, and benefits realization.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery across business and technical domains.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of project artifacts (Charter, Schedule, Management Plan, Risk Register, etc.).
• Drive adherence to Change Management processes and governance standards.
• Lead projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies; coach teams on best practices.
• Facilitate key ceremonies: kick-offs, stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Ensure robust quality assurance and change control processes.
• Communicate effectively with sponsors, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and present dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries to governance bodies.

Senior Project Manager

Customer Success Manager

• Delivers exceptional customer experience to Embark customers and prospects.
• Identifies customer needs and provides best solution or guidance in the best interests of customers.
• Be a subject matter expertise for RESP and assist customer requests for RESP related services over the phone, e-mail and online chat, including contributions, payments and general account related inquiries.
• Offer and guide customer to leverage digital and self serve options, seek out opportunities to meet with licensed specialists in other departments (e.g. refer new customers to Sales teams) and create easy & smooth experiences.
• Takes ownership of challenges as they arise, identifying gaps and opportunities to keep customers on track.
• Looks for ways to enhance or improve overall customer experience.
• Organizes customer related information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Acts as both a team player and a leader: someone who can back up teammates and fill in for absences as needed and take the lead on important projects.
• Broader accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
• Supports customers who contact us through our centre, Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Eastern Time). Work schedule may differ from week to week in terms of days worked, hours, and shifts.****

Customer Success Representative

• Deploy established retention tactics when engaging with existing clients who are looking to cancel or transfer out their Embark account
• Encourage customers to maximize the value of their RESP through account management activities
• Being a licensed specialist, act as a subject matter expert on the RESP product, features and benefits
• Leverage your experience, skills and capabilities to make complex concepts simple and understandable
• Focus and deliver on retention, revenue, and reference ability within our customer base.
• Proactively manage and retain existing customers by building strong relationships.
• Execute and improve upon current customer retention strategy in an inbound and outbound call center environment.
• Establish trust and credibility through regular communication and effective relationship-building strategies.
• Conduct regular check-ins, account reviews to ensure customers are maximizing the value of their RESP, obtaining all eligible grants, and leveraging opportunities for new business.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the firm by growing both our client base and assets under management.
• Identify upsell opportunities and convert existing customer base to new product offering(s) in collaboration with product and sales teams to drive revenue growth.
• Responsible for various outbound activities such as those related to potential loss of business and balance build.
• Operational tasks on executing the cancellation of customers plans, if needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s market conditions and leverage advantages to build effective solutions for great customer experience.
• Contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others.
• Perform other duties as required outside of those mentioned above.
