About the role
- Support water and wastewater utilities in improving maintenance programs, asset management practices, and operational decision-making
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions
- Map business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze maintenance, asset, and organizational data to develop recommendations
- Develop implementation roadmaps and coach clients through adoption
- Support EAM/CMMS selection, implementation, and optimization efforts
- Establish standards for asset hierarchy and work types
- Apply maintenance and reliability strategies
- Support or facilitate RCA and FMEA sessions
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate across EMA practice areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- 5+ years in maintenance management, asset management, reliability engineering, or consulting
- Experience working with utilities, industrial operations, or field service organizations
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience leading portions of projects or workstreams
