About the role

  • Support water and wastewater utilities in improving maintenance programs, asset management practices, and operational decision-making
  • Build relationships with stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions
  • Map business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Analyze maintenance, asset, and organizational data to develop recommendations
  • Develop implementation roadmaps and coach clients through adoption
  • Support EAM/CMMS selection, implementation, and optimization efforts
  • Establish standards for asset hierarchy and work types
  • Apply maintenance and reliability strategies
  • Support or facilitate RCA and FMEA sessions
  • Mentor junior consultants and collaborate across EMA practice areas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • 5+ years in maintenance management, asset management, reliability engineering, or consulting
  • Experience working with utilities, industrial operations, or field service organizations
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Experience leading portions of projects or workstreams
