About the role

  • Bridging Healthcare and IT, focusing on configuring, optimizing and supporting the company's Xper Hemodynamics to improve clinical workflows and patient care
  • Leads clinical discussions with healthcare customers
  • Conducts detailed workflow assessments at healthcare facilities to identify opportunities for optimizing clinical processes
  • Provides advanced training to healthcare professionals on the company's Xper Hemodynamics
  • Resolves moderately complex troubleshooting and support tasks
  • Collects and analyzes customer feedback throughout the sales and implementation phases
  • Stays informed about the latest developments in clinical practices and organization’s technologies
  • Cultivates effective relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience Clinical Education and Training, Clinical Practice or equivalent in Cath Lab, EP or IR
  • Experience as RCIS, RN or RT(R) with Xper Hemodynamics
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Monitoring and Data Acquisition with Xper Hemodynamics
