About the role

  • - Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.)
  • - Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions
  • - Handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms
  • - Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs
  • - Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • - Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations
  • - Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
  • - Proven ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • - Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources
  • - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • - High level of ownership and self-motivation
  • - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectively
  • - Strong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.
  • - Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and able to plan and prioritize own tasks effectively.
