- Follow the developed sourcing strategies to identify potential instructors via LinkedIn and other sources.
- Establish initial contact with potential instructors,
- Collaborate with the pre-production team members to understand requirements and execute established sourcing strategies.
- Keep a well-organized record of potential candidates and maintain regular communication.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Sourcer.
- Confident user of LinkedIn as a tool for research and building pipelines.
- Upper-intermediate level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot
- Nice to have: Experience with AI Tools for outreach.
- Nice to have: Comfortable working with different industries (technology, gaming, publishing)
