About the role
- Responsible for payroll processing and reporting
- Support and advise employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Plan, manage and implement HR projects, e.g., introduction of new HR tools and digitization of processes
- Maintain and manage personnel files and ensure data quality in the HR system
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents
Requirements
- Completed degree in Human Resources, a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
- Solid payroll knowledge
- Strong IT skills (ideally Sage), particularly in HR-related systems
- High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
