About the role

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts (including change management) and overseeing contract execution
  • Claims management, including negotiations with clients and contractors
  • Preparation of project-specific risk analyses and assessments
  • Steering and controlling projects in collaboration with the technical project management
  • Restructuring, steering and controlling troubled projects
  • Project execution control, including developing solutions for construction-operational and contractual issues on individual projects
  • Participation in the preparation of cost estimates
  • Support in tendering and procurement processes
  • Establishing and implementing successful commercial project practices and developing effective cross‑project collaboration.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
  • Knowledge of contract law
  • Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and BGB (German Civil Code)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Structured thinking and ability to work independently
  • Business‑fluent German; English skills are a plus
