• Brand in Motion: You bring our brands to life and put our products and content into motion visually.
• Visual Storytelling & Data Visualization: You develop creative concepts and translate complex messages, abstract narratives, and relevant data into compelling, easy-to-understand visual stories and infographics.
• Digital First: Your focus is on creating content for digital channels (web, email marketing, ad campaigns, social media).
• Smart Design & Generative AI: You use AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana Pro, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) responsibly and purposefully.
• Brand Identity & Consistency: While adhering to our CI/CD guidelines, you ensure that imagery, typography, and timing harmonize perfectly.
• Creative Collaboration: You contribute your expertise within the creative teams, work closely with other creatives in the Communications department, act as the key interface between static design and dynamic content, and report directly to our Head of Communications.

Graphic and Motion Designer

Journalist

• Current reporting on topics related to pharmacy (medicines/counselling/compounding) and everyday pharmacy practice
• Participation in daily editorial meetings and ongoing coordination with colleagues in the editorial team and other departments
• End-to-end management of your own content: from topic selection to choosing and producing the appropriate format (text, video, reel, podcast, etc.) and distribution, always in close consultation with the editorial leadership
• Building and maintaining your own network of contacts within pharmacies and the wider industry
• Attending press conferences, congresses and other events, joint company visits, etc.

Online Editor – PTA/PKA

Public Relations

• Strategic positioning of corporate and brand communications
• Development of creative concepts, content strategies and campaigns
• Development and refinement of brand tonalities for our product brands
• Use of modern AI tools for strategy development and text generation
• Management of external communications and preparation of press releases
• Support for internal communications related to corporate culture
• Coordination of all activities of the Communications department
• Measurement of relevant KPIs and implementation of optimizations
• Close collaboration with other departments and direct reporting to the Head of Communications

PR & Communications Manager

• Ongoing reporting on topics related to pharmacy (medicines/advice/compounding) and day-to-day pharmacy life
• Participation in daily editorial meetings and continuous collaboration with colleagues across the editorial team and other departments
