About the role
- Independently perform maintenance on our products
- Carry out repair and service tasks
- Provide competent customer support
- Carefully document all performed service activities (service reports) in Salesforce
- Organize and manage your own spare parts requirements
- Communicate with Customer Service and Sales departments
Requirements
- You have completed technical training in mechatronics/electronics or an equivalent qualification.
- You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in assembly and service work.
- You have good PC skills and a valid driving license (Class B).
- A strong customer- and service-oriented attitude as well as a friendly and professional demeanor are a given for you.
- You work independently and reliably and have good self-organization skills.
- Willingness to travel for week-long assignments domestically and internationally, as well as flexibility in working hours, is not a problem for you.
- You have foreign language skills, preferably English, and can communicate well with customers abroad.
