Financial Planning and Analysis

• As a member of the Finance & Value Creation team, you will work directly with the CFO and COO and be responsible for the financial steering and transparency of our operational business.
• You will support data-driven expansion of new sites and ensure that economic decisions are well-founded.
• Build and further develop controlling structures and reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and business cases.
• Analyze KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Support site expansion from a financial perspective (investment calculations, profitability, etc.).
• Optimize and automate financial processes.
• Manage and coordinate global financial figures, including the preparation and consolidation of reporting packages and alignment with international units and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Operations, Management and external partners.
• Prepare decision-making materials for management.

Finance & Value Creation Manager – Full-time / Part-time / Working Student

• Als Mitarbeiter:in im Bereich Finance & Value Creation arbeitest du direkt mit CFO und COO zusammen und verantwortest die finanzielle Steuerung und Transparenz unseres operativen Geschäfts.
• Du unterstützt datenbasiert den Ausbau neuer Standorte und stellst sicher, dass wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen fundiert getroffen werden.
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Strukturen und Reporting
• Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Business Cases
• Analyse von KPIs und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Unterstützung beim Standortausbau aus finanzieller Perspektive (Investitionsrechnung, Rentabilität etc.)
• Optimierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen
• Betreuung und Koordination weltweiter Finanzzahlen, inklusive Erstellung und Konsolidierung von Reporting Packages sowie Abstimmung mit internationalen Einheiten und Stakeholdern
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Management und externen Partnern

Finance & Value Creation Manager – Vollzeit

Sales

• Responsibility for selling our solutions consisting of charging stations, storage systems and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing robust customer proposals
• Managing the sales process from initial qualification to successful closing
• Working closely with Product, Engineering and Project Delivery to successfully position customer-specific solutions in the market
• Building and maintaining a reliable sales pipeline – from lead generation through proposal creation to contract signing
• Leading negotiations with customers, partners and EPCs and supporting tenders and commercial processes
• Analyzing the market, competitors and customer requirements to further develop our sales strategy and offering structure

Sales Manager

Accounting Manager

• Support in ongoing accounting (e.g., monthly closings, cost accounting, account reconciliations)
• Participation in operational and strategic controlling (budget planning, forecasts, variance analyses)
• Preparation of management reports, analyses and decision-making materials for the CFO, COO and CEO
• Support with liquidity planning, cash flow analyses and evaluation of cost structures
• Contribution to the development of financial processes, reporting standards and tools
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., tax advisors, auditors)
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects within the finance function
