• Manage and support the rollout of new sites from initial concept through commissioning
• Structure, optimize, and document operational processes
• Handle and coordinate various operational topics as part of day-to-day business
• Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
• Ensure the smooth execution of projects
• Identify opportunities for improvement and independently develop solutions
• Support the entire site expansion process, from management decisions through commissioning

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build and further develop controlling structures and reporting processes
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business cases
• Analyze KPIs and derive actionable recommendations
• Support site expansion from a financial perspective, including investment calculations and profitability analyses
• Optimize and automate financial processes
• Oversee and coordinate global financial figures
• Prepare and consolidate reporting packages
• Coordinate with international entities and stakeholders
• Work closely with Operations, Management, and external partners
• Prepare decision-making materials for management
