About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and further develop controlling structures and reporting processes
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business cases
Analyze KPIs and derive actionable recommendations
Support site expansion from a financial perspective, including investment calculations and profitability analyses
Optimize and automate financial processes
Oversee and coordinate global financial figures
Prepare and consolidate reporting packages
Coordinate with international entities and stakeholders
Work closely with Operations, Management, and external partners
Prepare decision-making materials for management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial experience in controlling, finance, or consulting is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is an advantage
Interest in growth-driven companies and infrastructure projects
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
Very good German and good English skills
Chinese language skills are an advantage
