About the role
- Own the ELLKAY website as the day-to-day operator and steward.
- Independently create, update, and maintain website pages, landing pages, templates, and resource hubs.
- Build new pages and layouts directly in the CMS without reliance on agencies.
- Recommend and implement improvements to site structure, navigation, UX, and conversion paths.
- Partner with content and demand teams to translate campaigns into effective web experiences.
- Conduct CRO testing and optimization to improve engagement and lead conversion.
- Ensure website accuracy, performance, and scalability as business needs evolve.
- Own SEO execution in partnership with Marketing leadership.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Optimize existing and new pages for organic visibility and conversion.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance to inform ongoing improvements.
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Support ABM programs using provided target account lists.
- Assist with budget pacing, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Execute email components of demand generation, event, and customer campaigns.
- Build landing pages and forms in coordination with Marketing Operations.
- Perform QA on emails, links, and rendering across devices.
- Monitor website, SEO, email, and paid channel performance.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to identify opportunities.
- Continuously test and refine digital experiences to improve results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Healthcare IT, or technology-driven industries.
- Strong website ownership experience, with the ability to independently build, update, and optimize web pages in a modern CMS.
- Hands-on experience creating pages, layouts, templates, and components (Webflow experience is a strong plus).
- Proven experience supporting SEO, paid search/social, and website optimization for lead generation.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Account Engagement/Pardot, HubSpot, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including performance analysis and optimization.
- Proficiency in web analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar).
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, CPL, and funnel performance.
- Ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations and hands-on improvements.
- Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Google Ads or SEO certifications a plus.
