Product Manager

• Understand ELLKAY’s platforms, customer workflows, and delivery model
• Identify high-value automation and orchestration opportunities where configuration or AI can replace manual or developer-driven effort
• Own the product roadmap for orchestration, automation, and workflow capabilities that translate customer and delivery team needs into intuitive, configuration-driven experiences
• Partner with Engineering on architectural decisions involving containers, Kubernetes, message buses, and workflow engines to ensure orchestration features integrate cleanly with ELLKAY’s interface engine and API ecosystem
• Define success metrics around time-to-integration, deployment velocity, error reduction, and customer adoption
• Act as a bridge between modern automation paradigms and healthcare interoperability realities to influence ELLKAY’s long-term automation and AI roadmap to expand orchestration capabilities to support increasingly complex, cross-system workflows as a core platform differentiator
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar
• Exposure to healthcare data and exchange concepts (HL7, FHIR, CCDs)
• Experience designing low-code or no-code configurations
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native delivery models
• A strong point of view on how automation and AI can reduce integration friction
• Demonstrated ability to bring modern orchestration concepts into regulated or complex domains
• Experience enabling non-developers to build reliable, production-grade workflows
• Curiosity, pragmatism, and comfort operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers
• Work with a team of Product Owners to drive automation into the roadmaps

Growth Marketing

• Own the ELLKAY website as the day-to-day operator and steward.
• Independently create, update, and maintain website pages, landing pages, templates, and resource hubs.
• Build new pages and layouts directly in the CMS without reliance on agencies.
• Recommend and implement improvements to site structure, navigation, UX, and conversion paths.
• Partner with content and demand teams to translate campaigns into effective web experiences.
• Conduct CRO testing and optimization to improve engagement and lead conversion.
• Ensure website accuracy, performance, and scalability as business needs evolve.
• Own SEO execution in partnership with Marketing leadership.

Web and Growth Marketing Manager

DevOps Engineer

• Own application reliability, availability, performance, and scalability in production and non-production environments
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployments

• Master the Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end contract workflows using CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM), from intake to renewals, with seamless integrations to Salesforce and beyond.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Product teams, and our India-based review squad to accelerate deals and standardize processes across borders.
• Mitigate & Innovate: Spot legal pitfalls in data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), IP, SLAs, and more; audit for compliance and pioneer AI-enhanced review tools.
• Advise & Optimize: Deliver insights on trends and metrics to executive leadership, refine templates/playbooks, and tackle special projects like M&A support.

Contracts Manager

Account Executive

• Drive new and existing business development and exceed assigned revenue targets in the hospital and health system segment.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, utilizing strategic account planning and territory management.
• Execute full cycle sales activities including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals.

• Maintain deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory drivers.

Account Manager

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact.

Analyst

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via email and possibly phone.
