- Lead large, complex, cross-team technical projects
- Contribute directly to high and low level design and write code
- Serve as a role model and inspiration to other engineers
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers
- Mentor engineers in the organization
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience working as a Lead Engineer
- Experience with microservices
- Strong CS foundation
- Excellent knowledge of distributed system concepts
- Strong, hands on programming skills: Go, Python, or Java
- Deep knowledge of open source and cloud native software
- Strong knowledge of storage technologies
