About the role

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on financial services and institutional digital asset adoption
  • Provide strategic advisory services to internal teams and external clients on traditional finance integration
  • Develop thought leadership through authoritative content creation, including market analysis, regulatory updates, and industry trend reports
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across banking, capital markets, and institutional finance
  • Represent Elliptic at industry conferences, regulatory forums, and executive briefings with senior financial services leaders
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide expert guidance on institutional client requirements
  • Advise on regulatory developments and market trends affecting financial institutions' digital asset strategies
  • Support business development and enterprise sales processes with deep financial services expertise
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that accelerate adoption of digital asset solutions within traditional finance
  • Build and maintain your professional profile through speaking engagements, social media presence, and industry networking.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in banking, capital markets, payments, or financial services with deep subject matter knowledge
  • Deep understanding of how digital assets integrate with traditional finance systems and institutional requirements
  • Proven ability to provide strategic counsel, influence cross-functional initiatives, and drive business outcomes
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including fellow subject matter experts, to deliver integrated insights and solutions for institutional clients
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling, authoritative content and establish industry thought leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders across financial institutions
  • Recognized as an expert in financial services with ability to provide authoritative guidance on complex topics
  • Strong understanding of US financial regulations, compliance requirements, and regulatory landscape
  • Recognized expertise and extensive professional network in financial services and institutional markets
  • Track record of taking ownership and delivering measurable results
  • Based in New York with a willingness to travel and work from our New York office regularly.
