About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and review open positions
- Create job postings and advertising materials
- Organize and attend open houses and job fairs
- Build relationships with universities, career centers, and allied health organizations
- Use diverse sourcing strategies to identify and pipeline quality candidates
- Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
- Support hiring managers through the interview process and final selection
- Manage candidate communications, including declinations
- Complete reference checks and verify licenses, education, and background checks
- Prepare and extend offers of employment
- Educate candidates on compensation, benefits, and performance programs
- Coordinate new hire documentation, pre-placement screenings, and orientation scheduling
- Support managers and new hires through onboarding
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Four additional years of recruitment experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum two years of recruitment experience in healthcare (non-agency)
- Clinical and non-clinical recruitment experience required
- WorkDay experience highly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Strong interviewing skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
