About the role
- Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability, performance, and availability
- Seek assistance when appropriate in order to resolve technical and/or security issues
- Schedules and executes routing maintenance, including updating the system, patches and upgrades
- Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and permissions in accordance with organizational policies
- Monitor the number of user accounts and activity of users to identify and resolve any issues
- Maintain data integrity across modules including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management
- Participate in and support ITIL-aligned change management cycles, including assessing, testing, and implementing approved changes
- Coordinate and execute platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes in collaboration with vendors and internal teams
- Build and deploy required components during new implementations or enhancements, including service catalog items, forms, and notifications
- Support integration efforts by configuring connectors and ensuring data flow between ServiceNow and other systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below)
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification, Required
- 3+ years of Service Now administration experience, preferably in a healthcare environment, Required
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture, Required
