About the role
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture for the ServiceNow platform, including data models, integrations, and module usage.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
- Lead platform roadmap planning in alignment with organizational strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and customizations.
- Provide architectural guidance to developers and administrators during implementation and enhancement projects.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization across departments.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below)
- ServiceNow System Certification in any area, Required
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in ServiceNow platform architecture and design, preferably in a healthcare environment, Required
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integration capabilities as pertinent to the healthcare environment, Required
