Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor, LCSW

• Assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise LMSWs working toward full licensure.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Develop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees).
• Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties that support the clinic’s mission and operations.

Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor, LICSW

Certified EMDR Clinician

Supervisor

• Provide weekly or biweekly supervision to 2-3 LSWs/SWCs including case consultation, note review within 5 business days of session, and case conceptualization
• Conduct 20-25 hours of client sessions per week (individual, group, couple, or family) - we help you find and schedule your clients!
• Create and implement treatment plans, complete necessary documentation within 48 hours of service, participate in supervision and consultation as needed, creatively meet individual needs within your own spin, style, and modality
• Coordinate services as needed with other internal and external providers
• Attend and participate in all staff meetings and trainings
• Identify innovative ways to fill need gaps and best serve our community
• Collaborate with leadership to meet company and individual goals

LCSW Supervisor – Outpatient Group Practice

• Provide diagnostic evaluations, scoring and interpreting results, writing reports
• Provide feedback to clients and supervise psychology associates
• Collaborate with mental health teams
• Engage in training and development opportunities
• Handle administrative tasks like marketing and scheduling

Psychologist, PsyD/PhD

General

• Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based and creative interventions
• Create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Conduct psychological and diagnostic evaluations
• Score, interpret, and write clear, client-friendly assessment reports
• Provide feedback sessions and clinical recommendations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Optional: Provide supervision to trainees or associates

Licensed Psychologist

• Provide clinical supervision for up to 5 LMSW's, ensuring high standards of ethical and legal compliance
• Maintain a smaller caseload to stay connected to direct client care
• Support the Assistant Clinic Director to promote professional growth and clinical excellence
• Develop and oversee treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated, whole-person care
• Track client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed
• Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives
• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health

Therapist

• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• For Full-Time status clinicians maintain a caseload minimum of 25 clinical hours per week or more
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings

• Provide training, staff development, and administrative oversight to support the functioning of the clinic
• Collaborate with franchise owner and Ellie Mental Health corporate staff to implement strategies for fiscal and clinical efficiency
• Spearhead clinic’s community outreach and engagement efforts
• Collaborate with Ellie Corporate Marketing Team to promote clinic’s online visibility
• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans and maintain ongoing clinical documentation in EHR system
