Key responsibilities & impact

Share vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care
Oversee overall clinical performance and operations of the clinic
Sign and provide feedback on dependent licensed staff and interns notes
Manage staff performance and hire clinical staff
Provide new hire training
Accountable to meeting clinic’s fiscal goals
Develop and sustain relationships with referral partners
Provide ongoing administrative and clinical oversight
Maintain a small caseload of 10-15 clients weekly
Collaborate with Franchise Owner and other Clinical Directors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed Psychologist in Ohio
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
