About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments
Developing and implementing treatment plans
Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team
Maintaining a caseload of 15-20 clients
Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff
Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
Providing supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
Clinical licensure (LMHC) for 3 years or longer in MA
Ability to provide supervision (LICSW, Ph.D, Psy.D)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to work within a multi-cultural lens
Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems
Interest in treating children and families is a plus
Bilingual candidates are a plus
