About the role

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and the profile of top performers.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Actively source, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates through creative outreach and networking.
  • Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, streamline workflows, and improve candidate engagement, while maintaining a high-quality, personalized candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines across Technology, Global Support Services, Finance, and other departments to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using data, insights, and storytelling to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Provide hiring teams with market intelligence, pipeline health updates, and data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Elite’s employer brand and values.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within Greenhouse to ensure process transparency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams on offer processes, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years years of experience of full-cycle recruiting experience within a globally distributed SaaS or technology organization.
  • Strong proficiency in modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent intelligence tools).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey Elite’s value proposition.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally across teams and time zones.
  • Passion for creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience aligned with Elite’s values.
  • Ability to travel up <10% as business needs require
  • Role requires the following physical capacity: Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work
