About the role
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, focusing on technical features and benefits.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up, identifying and resolving client concerns.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts, ensuring all technical aspects are clearly explained and understood by the client.
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales, including technical experts for product demonstrations.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events, providing technical expertise.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition, focusing on technical advancements and market positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree, predominantly in fields like Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or Information Technology.
- Advanced Excel/Microsoft Office experience
- Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Three plus years working in direct sales for food services preferred
- Ability to work remote and travel up to 30%
