Collaborate with business leaders and the talent acquisition team to identify and attract world-class talent
Understand business strategy, culture, and goals to design tailored recruitment approaches
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies aligned with role-specific needs
Continuously improve recruitment practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Screen applicants and present highly qualified candidate slates to hiring managers
Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders
Articulate Lilly’s mission, values, and strategy to effectively position employer brand
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding hiring decisions and offer negotiations
Lead the offer process from beginning to end
Coach hiring managers on attraction, interviewing, and selection techniques
Build strong partnerships with HR, compliance, legal, relocation, and immigration teams
Provide market insights and competitive offer guidance and ensure compliance throughout the talent acquisition process
Begin role remotely with occasional business travel; relocate and work on-site at new manufacturing site with limited WFH days per month
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree OR High School diploma
3+ years experience in Technical Recruiting and sourcing supporting a regulated industry
Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization/visas for this role
Full relocation to the area of the new site is required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred)
Experience with creative sourcing strategies and full-cycle recruitment
Ability to manage offer negotiations and hiring manager coaching
Experience partnering with HR, compliance, legal, relocation, and immigration teams
Ability to communicate hiring data, goals, and progress metrics clearly
