- Serve as scientific lead for programs, driving target identification/maturation
- Design and coordinate implementation of assays and models for drug discovery
- Provide mentoring and performance management to junior scientists

Requirements
- Ph.D. in a scientific area
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Deep expertise in the pathogenesis of Endometriosis, VMS, PCOS, and Preeclampsia
- Experience with in vitro/ex vivo/in vivo assays and models for pharmacological intervention
- Expertise with state-of-the art genomic tools
- 2 years post doc training
