Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, or related field
- Juris Doctor (J.D.)
- Minimum 5 years post-JD experience as a patent attorney
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state of the USA
- Licensed to represent clients in patent matters before the USPTO
- Proactive problem-solver
