- Lead and manage a team of Clinical Research Leads
- Collaborate with business partners for clinical trials execution
- Ensure quality interactions with clinical trial sites
- Responsible for recruitment, training, and development of the team
- Manage country business planning and execution
- Drive a culture of high quality and inspection readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a scientific field or health-related field
- 5 years experience in Clinical Trials/Development and good working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and language skills
- Demonstrated leadership/supervisory skills
- Strong organizational/planning skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge in country regulatory guidelines/requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build/foster strong partnership across functions
- Travel required (25-50%)
