About the role

  • Establish and sustain strong, trusted relationships with haematologists, clinical nurse consultants, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams across hospital and specialist settings
  • Navigate complex pathways within accounts, identifying opportunities to enhance the patient experience and drive positive outcomes in readiness for an upcoming launch
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clinicians and accounts, aligning our commercial approach to support both patient and business objectives
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Haematological malignancies and benign Haematology disease areas relevant to the portfolio
  • Confidently and compliantly communicate clinical evidence tailored to customer needs
  • Develop and execute a robust territory business plans aligned to national brand strategy and local insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal colleagues to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a Science-related discipline
  • Ability to travel interstate as needed to fulfill business needs
  • Current MA Code of Conduct qualification
  • Valid Australian driver’s license
  • Full-time work rights in Australia
  • Minimum four years’ successful haematology specialist sales experience in the Australian pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven business acumen and account management capabilities
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated learning agility, self-motivation, team orientation, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills
