About the role
- Establish and sustain strong, trusted relationships with haematologists, clinical nurse consultants, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams across hospital and specialist settings
- Navigate complex pathways within accounts, identifying opportunities to enhance the patient experience and drive positive outcomes in readiness for an upcoming launch
- Serve as a strategic partner to clinicians and accounts, aligning our commercial approach to support both patient and business objectives
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Haematological malignancies and benign Haematology disease areas relevant to the portfolio
- Confidently and compliantly communicate clinical evidence tailored to customer needs
- Develop and execute a robust territory business plans aligned to national brand strategy and local insights
- Collaborate closely with internal colleagues to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a Science-related discipline
- Ability to travel interstate as needed to fulfill business needs
- Current MA Code of Conduct qualification
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Full-time work rights in Australia
- Minimum four years’ successful haematology specialist sales experience in the Australian pharmaceutical industry
- Proven business acumen and account management capabilities
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated learning agility, self-motivation, team orientation, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills
