About the role

  • Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversee the release train process, coordinating with various teams for timely delivery
  • Ensure all projects adhere to GxP standards
  • Engage with stakeholders, providing clear communication on program status
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Effectively allocate resources across projects to optimize productivity and performance
  • Generate and present comprehensive reports on program progress, performance metrics, and outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, project management or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in program or portfolio management
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs
  • Experience working with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience in Pharma and GMP Manufacturing
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
