About the role
- Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee the release train process, coordinating with various teams for timely delivery
- Ensure all projects adhere to GxP standards
- Engage with stakeholders, providing clear communication on program status
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Effectively allocate resources across projects to optimize productivity and performance
- Generate and present comprehensive reports on program progress, performance metrics, and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, project management or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program or portfolio management
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs
- Experience working with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience in Pharma and GMP Manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
