About the role
- Lead and support Eli’s scientific publishing efforts
- Draft, edit, and prepare scientific documents for submission
- Leverage AI and scientific research tools to support evidence synthesis
- Support the end-to-end publication workflow
- Work closely with Eli’s Medical Director and senior clinicians/scientists to ensure strong study design
Requirements
- You are comfortable reading and dissecting peer-reviewed literature and assessing study quality.
- You can translate complex research into structured summaries and well-written scientific content.
- You spot inconsistencies, unsupported claims, and methodological weaknesses quickly.
- You understand study design fundamentals and think critically about bias, sample size, and validity.
- You’re excited about advancing hormone health through credible, evidence-based innovation.
- Nice to Have: Experience supporting clinical or product validation studies;
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with hormone research, biomarkers, diagnostics, or digital health;
- Nice to Have: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
