• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik RouterOS environments, including scripting, APIs, and policy enforcement

Senior Software Engineer – Network Protocols, Devices

• Build and maintain AWS serverless integrations that connect our captive portal WiFi platform with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and loyalty programs worldwide
• Develop, test, and maintain AWS Serverless applications (C# / .NET) that connect our platform with third-party PMS and loyalty APIs
• Implement SQS-triggered message processing pipelines that handle guest inquiry, room charge, configuration, and loyalty enrollment work units
• Integrate with third-party REST, SOAP, including OAuth2/Cognito authentication flows, token caching, and credential management via AWS SSM Parameter Store
• Build and maintain DynamoDB data models for device configuration, session caching, and authentication token storage
• Write comprehensive unit tests using mocking frameworks
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks

Software Engineer – Authentication

• Designs, builds, and supports distributed, event-driven systems running on AWS using (and not limited to) Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EC2, and OpenSearch.
• Develops primarily in C#/.NET and Python, delivering APIs, backend services, and high-velocity data processing components.
• Leads efforts to re-architect and refactor legacy applications into modular, cloud-native microservices following AWS and industry best practices.
• Collaborates with Product, QA, and other engineers to turn user stories into scalable, secure, and observable production features.
• Owns end-to-end performance, scalability, and reliability of services — from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Integrates security-first development practices (IAM least privilege, encryption, secrets management, secure API design).

AI Engineer

• This role is a dual-focus technical leadership position within our Engineering organization: leading company-wide AI productivity initiatives and contributing as a senior software engineer to our core product.
• You will design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and tools that accelerate delivery and raise quality across engineering and other departments.
• You will develop and execute training strategies that bring all employees along in adopting AI effectively and securely.
• This role contributes to a globally distributed SaaS platform used around the world to effortlessly and securely connect guests and residents (and all their devices) to the internet with an at-home Wi-Fi experience.
• As a Senior AI Engineer, you will stay at the cutting edge of AI technology, evaluate and introduce new tools and patterns to the organization, and champion security-first practices in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Reporting Relationships: This role reports to a Senior Engineering Manager and has no direct reports. Provides AI and technical leadership across all engineering teams and partners with other departments on AI adoption initiatives.

Senior AI Engineer

Implementation Specialist

• Own the end-to-end project plan for each assigned deployment, from kickoff through go-live and handoff — milestones, dependencies, owners, dates.
• Run a disciplined cadence of customer-facing and internal meetings: kickoff, weekly status, executive steering, internal pod sync, go-live readiness, and handoff.
• Track and report key metrics, status, risks, and decisions in a clear, consistent format that scales across customers and is visible to leadership.
• Manage scope and change actively — document requests, assess impact (timeline, cost, technical), and secure approval before work begins.
• Deliver “silent go-lives” as the standard – minimal escalations, no rollbacks attributable to project management or coordination failures.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the customer’s program team — PMO, IT operations, brand, and property-level stakeholders.
