Research and identify potential leads (residential and commercial)
Conduct outreach via cold calling, email, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.)
Set appointments and hand off warm leads to the owner for closing
Use past campaign insights to support outreach
Help coordinate project follow-ups and client communication
Support proposal development and simple administrative tasks
Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets and follow-up logs
Act as a first point of contact with new leads and opportunities
Generate leads and drive sales for:
Spec home sales
Custom home sales
Land acquisitions
Identify and nurture opportunities in both residential and commercial markets
Collaborate with the owner to close deals and expand business development pipelines
Find and engage potential investors for spec home builds or land acquisitions
Requirements
Strong verbal and written English communication
Comfortable with phone calls, lead outreach, and cold calling
Friendly, confident, and professional presence — relationship-focused, not pushy
Proactive: Doesn’t wait to be told what to do; finds solutions and moves quickly
Reliable & Organized: Shows up on time, meets deadlines, communicates clearly
Understands service-based sales and customer-first communication
Ability to represent a U.S.-based business professionally — native or near-native in speech

Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will go directly to you.
