About the role

  • Manage and grow client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand and gather client requirements to accurately define role needs and expectations.
  • Create clear and well-aligned job descriptions (JDs) based on client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive upselling and revenue growth.
  • Support the hiring process by participating in final interviews and providing structured feedback to the team.
  • Continuously provide feedback on candidate profiles, performance, and client fit throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with clients to help identify the best-fit candidates for their roles.
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional service by proactively identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide accurate data and reports to leadership to support timely and correct contractor payments.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools, including HubSpot and internal sales trackers.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine sales, hiring, and retention strategies.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency, especially in a lean or fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, recruitment or sales roles.
  • Strong ability to figure things out and get results with limited resources.
  • Highly organized multitasker capable of managing multiple clients, roles, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate client and candidate relationships effectively.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and tracking tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Passion for connecting top remote talent with businesses and helping clients succeed.
  • Experience working as an Account Manager in the recruitment/staffing industry is highly preferred
