About the role

  • - Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with:
  • - Bill payments and payment processing
  • - Explaining billing statements and account details
  • - Resolving general customer inquiries related to self-storage facilities
  • - Provide professional, friendly, and clear communication at all times
  • - Accurately document customer interactions and updates in internal systems
  • - Perform administrative and operational tasks during slower call periods, including:
  • - Data entry
  • - Working with Excel spreadsheets
  • - General office and system-related tasks as needed
  • - Support other departments or projects as assigned, based on skills and availability

Requirements

  • - Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • - North American accent or native-level English proficiency
  • - Strong computer skills and comfort navigating software systems
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • - Professional phone presence and problem-solving mindset
  • - Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (preferred)
  • - Experience with programming, CSS, or other technical skills (preferred)
  • - Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles (preferred)

  • - Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
