Social Media Manager

• Serve as both creative strategist and hands-on producer to grow communities and create viral content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Establish and own the social media function end-to-end, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborating with a talented team.
• Set creative vision and quality bar across social, ads, websites, and blogs; act as creative quality check.
• Rapidly generate ideas and content concepts that reflect product value propositions and spot emerging trends.
• Independently create social content (written, visual, video, memes, etc.) across formats and platforms and manage a social media calendar.
• Enter and participate credibly in online communities (e.g., Reddit), engaging in conversations, AMAs, and thought leadership.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions, refine strategies, and demonstrate data-driven growth.
• Integrate AI tools into workflow to accelerate creativity and efficiency.
• Maintain high bar for creative execution while experimenting with new formats.
