• Provide high-quality, live teaching for students in the United States.
• Seek reciprocity in other states with assistance from the dedicated support team, including reimbursement for any fees.
• Adaptable in taking classes that start throughout the semester – most teachers teach between 10-20 hours per week, building up to that schedule throughout the year.

• Translate strategy into world-class creative concepts and campaigns that drive brand recognition, trust, and cultural relevance.
• Ensure Balance, Elevate, and Spark share a unified brand family look and feel, while retaining their own distinct personalities.
• Lead creative for brand campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and integrated marketing moments.
• Craft and refine compelling content across mediums — visual, written, and experiential — that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Elevate our storytelling by balancing strategy with creativity, and insight with inspiration.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure creative is impactful, cohesive, and aligned with business goals.

Social Media Manager

• Serve as both creative strategist and hands-on producer to grow communities and create viral content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Establish and own the social media function end-to-end, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborating with a talented team.
• Set creative vision and quality bar across social, ads, websites, and blogs; act as creative quality check.
• Rapidly generate ideas and content concepts that reflect product value propositions and spot emerging trends.
• Independently create social content (written, visual, video, memes, etc.) across formats and platforms and manage a social media calendar.
• Enter and participate credibly in online communities (e.g., Reddit), engaging in conversations, AMAs, and thought leadership.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions, refine strategies, and demonstrate data-driven growth.
• Integrate AI tools into workflow to accelerate creativity and efficiency.
