About the role
- Plan, draft, edit, and submit approximately 4 written deliverables (LOI, grant proposal, reports, and concept papers) for each client.
- Identify new funding prospects aligned to clients’ strategy and produce detailed research summaries.
- Attend and participate in weekly or bi-weekly client meetings.
- Prepare for and participate in internal team check-ins.
- Contribute positively to Elevate’s culture and community through meetings and committees.
Requirements
- 4+ years of comparable experience with proposal development, work planning, client coordination, and prospect research.
- Strong skills in information processing, timeliness & prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge in fundraising and nonprofit expertise, including program design and nonprofit financials.
- Ability to identify funding opportunities and produce detailed research summaries for clients.
