Assess members and assist them in accessing behavioral healthcare benefits available under their health plan
Manage shared queue to ensure follow ups are completed in a timely manner
Participate in required in-person onboarding and skill development training
Requirements
Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of direct psychiatric and/or substance abuse experience
Or any combination of education and experience providing equivalent background
Current unrestricted license such as (but not limited to) LPC (as allowed by applicable state laws), LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Professional Counselor in applicable state(s) required
MA/MS preferred
Shift: Monday – Friday; 11:30am – 8:00pm EST
Ability to provide telephone-based crisis intervention, assessment, short-term problem resolution and referrals
Must be able to work virtually full-time with required in-person training sessions
Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) may not be considered unless accommodation is granted as required by law
May be required to become vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza if in certain patient/member-facing roles
