About the role

  • Conduct intake sessions and individual assessments
  • Develop and monitor treatment plans
  • Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
  • Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real-time
  • Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Support program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Active LCSW or LPC license in Wisconsin required
  • Proven experience in both intake and therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in these settings
  • Experience with group therapy strongly preferred
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
  • Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13+
  • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
  • Have passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure (mandatory requirement)
