About the role
- Acts as the primary liaison between LTSS leadership and clinical and operational teams
- Ensuring projects are executed with high quality and aligned with leadership expectations and contractual requirements
- Monitors the efficacy of Wellpoint systems
- Partners with LTSS trainers to guide on HIP training strategies and enhancements
- Responsible for establishing and supporting LTSS membership retention, redetermination and disenrollment processes
- Develops clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, and performance reports aligned with LTSS operations and overall performance
- Manages external client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management
- Graduate degree preferred
- Project management certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in LTSS operations preferred
- Mastery in Microsoft products- Excel, PowerPoint and Word strongly preferred.
