About the role
- Develops responses for complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Organizes strategy meetings with senior sales personnel
- Writes and proofreads final deliverables
- Develops targeted Executive Summaries
- Oversees the entire production process
- Manages each project to completion
- Engages in ongoing communication with various corporate personnel
- Researches and gathers supporting materials and documentation
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Understanding of the Group Health and Employee Benefit market preferred
- Proven track record in managing projects and excelling in deadline-driven environments preferred
- Experience with Responsive proposal software preferred
