About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Senior Leadership Team
- Champion the integration of human-centered design and digital transformation principles
- Partner with business and HR leaders to activate organizational strategies
- Leverage data analytics for actionable insights into organizational health
- Design and build custom tools and AI-powered knowledge solutions
- Provide expert consultation to business leaders to enhance team effectiveness
- Influence workforce and succession planning, competency modeling, and talent programs
- Lead and manage large-scale programs to build OD&E capability
Requirements
- BS/BA in organization development, management, human resources or related field
- 10 years of progressive experience in organization design, organizational development, change management or enterprise effectiveness
- Advanced degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale OD/OE initiatives and influencing senior executives
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into organizational solutions
- Previous experience working in a Center of Excellence or shared services model
- Experience in healthcare or a regulated industry preferred
- Deep expertise in strategic organizational design
- People leadership experience and certified executive coach credentials highly desirable
