- Identifying, evaluating, and executing inorganic growth opportunities
- Leading mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships

Requirements
- Requires an MBA
- a minimum of 10 years of M&A experience
- investment banking experience
- proven track record leading complex, high-value M&A transactions from strategy through integration
- preferred skills in Healthcare Industry M&A experience
- experience operating in large, highly matrixed organizations
- demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and influence across functions
- strong financial acumen
