About the role
- Develops and maintains positive provider relationships with the provider community
- Conducts on-site and/or virtual visits to communicate changes and facilitate education
- Serves as an expert regarding provider issues impacting satisfaction and retention
- Researches and coordinates prompt resolution to complex provider issues and appeals
- Collaborates with internal partners to triage issues
- Coordinates Joint Operation Committees and participates in provider townhalls/seminars
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare or provider environment
- Experience with medical Claims preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Excel including creation of pivot tables preferred
- Must be willing to travel to worksite and other locations as necessary
