About the role
- Provide assistance in a 24/7 Behavioral Health and Employee Assistance services team
- Respond to customer contacts and requests for services
- Provide telephone support for crisis intervention and problem resolution
- Assess members and assist them in accessing behavioral healthcare benefits
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of direct psychiatric and/or substance abuse experience
- Current unrestricted license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC)
- MA/MS preferred
