About the role
- Work closely with Fidelity Health Solutions Product Owners (Squad Leaders) and technology team
- Create, prioritize, and maintain product backlog
- Translate business requirements to technical resources
- Develop and implement product and service features in health care applications
- Conducting product demonstrations and clearly explaining new features to large audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years Systems Development Business Analyst experience
- Solid understanding of the Fidelity business with work experience in health care and/or benefits administration and/or product development
- Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies
- Certified Business Analysis Professional® (CBAP®) certification or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
- Prior hands-on expertise building healthcare applications preferred.
