About the role
- Be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients;
- Develop commercial strategies by identifying new business opportunities;
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients;
- Present Eletromidia's platform to clients and agencies;
- Oversee the entire sales and post-sales process, ensuring targets are met and complying with the company's commercial policies;
- Know the products and competitors, staying aware of market movements;
- Serve agencies and advertisers, understanding all business-related areas;
- Know the clients in the portfolio, closely monitoring their business, news and performance indicators;
- Prospect new business to expand the assigned portfolio;
- Strengthen relationships with the advertising market by promoting the company and attending client events within your portfolio;
- Identify opportunities to develop special projects with agencies and clients;
- Share information with peers in other units to negotiate shared clients, aiming for the best result for Eletromidia;
- Keep client records, histories and mailings updated, organized and accessible for all clients under your responsibility;
- Seek to measure advertiser satisfaction regarding campaign return and impact, ensuring their trust and continued decision to buy media from Eletromidia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics or related fields;
- Knowledge of the OOH sector. Experience in the field is desirable but not mandatory;
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team and strong negotiation skills are essential;
- Proven prior experience in advertising sales in a sales executive role;
- Knowledge of media buying and selling;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Knowledge of digital and programmatic media (advantageous);
- Intermediate English (advantageous);
- Strong organizational, planning and execution skills;
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
